How your order is prepared, packed, shipped and tracked — and what happens if something is damaged in transit.
How Delivery Works
- Order confirmed — your order is received and processing begins.
- Within 3 days — we prepare the goods and send you packing photos before dispatch.
- Hand-off to logistics — the shipment is handed to our partner logistics company, which takes over packing and carriage.
- Tracking number — you receive a tracking number from the logistics provider to follow your parcel end-to-end.
Delivery Times by Region
Delivery time depends on the destination country. The estimates below are typical; actual times can vary with customs clearance.

Packaging
Packaging is handled by our partner logistics company, which selects the appropriate packing method for international carriage. Vials are sealed and protected to survive transit; the logistics provider is responsible for the packaging they apply at dispatch.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number provided by the logistics company. You can follow your parcel from hand-off to delivery and check its status at any time.
Damage & Claims
If your parcel arrives damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company. Contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged parcel, and we will handle the claim process on our side to get it resolved.
